A coordination deposit activates end-to-end management (routing, documentation pack, confirmation flow, onboarding guidance) and is deducted from the total if you proceed. Throughout the pathway, ARCAS remains your single point of contact for coordination and follow-up.
Fellowship acceptance is ultimately mentor- and professor-dependent. When appropriate, we recommend a short 1–2 week observership in the same unit before a longer pathway—so both sides can confirm fit, align objectives, and establish a strong professional introduction.
